During the summer months and over the holidays are busy times at the kennel. During these times it is best to book your appointments well in advance. As soon as you have your vacation dates set, let us know so that we can ensure your dog gets a spot.

Grooming appointments should be booked 1-2 weeks in advance. I usually cannot do your dog the same day you call.

If you need to cancel an appointment or booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We usually have a waiting list. At least 48 hr notice is best.

Since there is only one VIP room, you must book that room well in advance.
